TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders require 48 hours notice and all cancellations require 24 hours notice.
All email orders must be confirmed 24 hours before delivery date. Food portions are estimated.
Ordering with La Felicita
Online orders and estimates are received and reviewed between
8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
All orders and estimates are not official until and invoice has been sent via email by
La Felicita Catering and approved by client.
All changed must be made with a minimum of one business day
and 24 hours before the order is due.
Excessive changes, once order has been created,
are subject to a charge of $10 every time.
Service Staff Requirements
All waitstaff, chefs and bartenders are booked for a minimum of four hours.
Gratuity is not included and provided at the discretion of the client.
Delivery is available within the GTA and surrounding areas, charges vary depending on location.
We accept cash, cheque and the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card and AMEX. A 25% deposit will be charged on all orders over $500.00.
Deposits are non-refundable if event is cancelled with 14 days or less notice
Refundable deposits are subject to a $25 administrative/processing fee
Orders must be cancelled with no less than one business day and 24 hours' before the order is due. Cancellation is not guaranteed and once an invoice has been made it will become an order.
